To add to our vibrant team, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Project Coordinator. In order to guarantee that projects are carried out without a hitch, the project coordinator will be essential in organizing work and preserving good communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enables the sprint review, iteration retrospective, daily stand-up, and iteration planning.

  • Oversee the planning, tracking, and fulfillment of client requests and concerns.

  • Keep track of all QA issues that are still open and collaborate with QA teams to guarantee constant quality.

  • Make ongoing sprints visible by communicating and reporting on them often and clearly.

  • Make use of Kanban or SCRUM software development methodologies. Must be able to transition between different approaches and modify them as necessary to meet the requirements of the project.

  • Oversee, lead, and inspire the interdisciplinary group working on the project.

  • Oversee, facilitate, and synchronize the release deliverables for every software release.

  • Review the preparedness of the release and make sure that all content and dependencies are tracked.

  • Organizes the activities involved in the project and makes ensuring that each step is suitably recorded.

Skills Required

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or similar experience.
  • 1-3 years of minimum experience managing projects in respectable software companies.
  • outstanding leadership, presenting, and communication skills in English.
  • strong drive to find solutions to difficult and demanding situations, along with good logical and analytical skills.
  • Must be a highly effective people manager with the capacity to guide respectfully across functional teams.
  • strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
  • the capacity to identify and suggest risk mitigation strategies for technical, managerial, and financial hazards.
  • familiarity with overseeing and recording software release efforts.
  • familiarity with agile frameworks and methods, such as XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.
  • familiarity with tasks, velocity, burndown metrics, backlog tracking, user stories, etc.
  • knowledgeable in Agile methods, service-oriented environments, and standard development procedures.
  • familiarity with a range of commercially accessible software engineering instruments.
